“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love.”

Let love be perfected in us.  Let Him be made whole, complete, defining all the good that is possible.  We should not take away from, pick at His image with our hatreds.

Let Him be free of our imperfections, our faults, our stereotypes and prejudices.  Release Love from our segregated communities, our minuses, our social subtractions.  Let Love exist without protest or interference, without law or vote.

Let Him be Love without eraser, strike through, backspace or delete button.  God is infallible and never in need of correction.  Love can make no mistakes.  God does not fall or fail but stands in love, stands for love.  God is Love.  Capitalized, it is His advantage over us.

He can only love us all.  And let Him be all; for without Him, we are nothing.  We cease to exist if we are not found in Love.  We are not complete if not with Love.

So, let Love be in charge, absolute.  Let Him rule and reign in our hearts.  No second- guessing His authority.  He wrote the book on love.  God is the only Expert, the only Witness to, Judge and Defender of true love.

Let this Love be perfected as God is not afraid of a challenge.  God has no contender, no match.  There is no comparison.  We cannot be Love.  So, God has no fears and neither should we.
